The core of Claire's philosophy is the belief that physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of life are interconnected, and of equal importance.
Her approach is holistic and integrative, using Jungian ideas and drawing from such influences as mind-body integrative medicine, mindfulness, meditation, coaching philosophy, inner child therapy, dream work, and cognitive therapy to encourage the exploration of both unconscious, and cognitive issues. This is facilitated in a collaborative atmosphere with an aim to develop personal awareness and creativity.
An individual’s therapy is tailored to each person’s needs and objectives. Visits are typically twice a week.
